Cheese and gravy and deep fried potatoes
I'm eating a veggie pepperoni pita pizza right now. Yum.
I was at the library all night studying for my history of africa midterm. I KNOW. I can't believe i have a midterm already either. weird. Anyway, Jules was also there doing some studying. We each have our own unique personal preference for study zones within the library. I'm partial to the comfy chair and table area on the second floor, while he likes the spartan, academic feel of the cubicles on the third floor.
So anyway, after a while i took a little break and crept over to the cubicle area, where i crawled on my hands and knees up to his desk, and then grabbed his ankles. He was scared. I popped up laughing, and bent over and gave him a kiss, when on his desk I saw that he has scrawled a love poem about me! All I saw was my name, and the phrase 'is lovely to me' and then 'hold me', before he covered it with his clam shell flat handed grip, and then licked his finger and smurped it out. He was embarrassed...AWWWWWW. I LOVE MY BOYFRIEND.
We had dinner together at the school cafeteria where they serve the world's best veggie burgers. Bar none. AND on the suggestion of my room mate, who is also a vegetarian, I enquired about the ingredients in the gravy that they use for their poutine. It was just as she had said! NO ANIMAL PRODUCTS WHATSOEVER.
Apparently a soy based gravy mix is far cheaper than one that actually contains real meat, so your friteries of lesser status will generally opt for this vego-friendly concoction. Score. Poutine is too delicious for words, and I was sort of sad that i couldn't eat it. I could make it at home using mushroom gravy, but I never did. Its not the same as buying greasy poutine on a tray at La Belle Province or the school cafeteria. Now I can eat this enormously fattening and disgustingly carcenogenic dish in true low class fashion whenever I please! Its like a ressurection!
